They say – Who are they? – that when you come back to doing something after taking a break, you shouldn’t dwell on the fact that you took a break. Well, guess by mentioning it I’ve just broken that rule…Moving on!
This week I thought I’d share a little more about myself with you all by sharing a list of my likes and dislikes.
I’d love for you all to know me a little better and I would love to learn more about you. And the best way to get to know one another better is to share our likes and dislikes. So let’s get right into it!
My favourite movie is Moonrise kingdom by Wes Anderson.
But is that any surprise?
I love big cities, the never ending night life and interesting people.
But I’m a country girl at heart and nothing makes me happier than green rolling plains.
I could happily listen to nothing but Sleeping at last’s music for the rest of my life.
If I could I’d wear nothing but corsets, bustles, ribbons, bows and big powered wigs
With that said it should come as no surprise that I’m obsessed with Marie Antoinette.
My favourite books are all- embarrassingly -YA books I should be well and truly past reading.
I love Peter Pan.
Believe it or not but I’ve read John Keats Complete Collection of Poetry
My favourite Insta account is called @accidentallywesanderson
Once again, shouldn’t come as a surprise
I’m actually the biggest architect nerd. I can’t wait to walk the halls of Versailles.
I love prawns. I could eat them for every meal
My favourite theatre production is Barefoot in the Park. “I am not Hysterical!”
I hate bubblegum. In fact I hate anything that makes you produce more than normal amounts of saliva
If you ask me ’99 Red Balloons’ is the worst song ever written.
I can’t touch other people’s rubbish. It actually makes things very difficult.
Despite the fact that I can barely taste anything anymore, I can’t stand anything spicy.
Even after living in the Boondah house and having to face my fears, I hate spiders!
I hate anything sticky.
I can’t stand house music. It just sounds like static.
I’m not too fussed about the colour purple.
I do not understand Parks and Rec. Don’t hate me, I’ve tried.
Flowers look lovely but I don’t really like receiving them as a gift. I can’t smell them.
What about yourselves? What are some of your favourite and less favourable things?
If you could only watch one movie for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
If you could get rid of something, what would it be?
Share your answers below, let’s get to know each other a little better!
